Very friendly check in. Met us at the airport and welcomed us and we got the transfer beck to the hotel.
They gave us mosquito repellent and were very helpful.
Also allowed us to use the pool after hours which we really appreciated after a long flight.

Beautiful gardens . Lovely breakfasts. Good restaurant on site. Staff were lovely. We were well looked after.Short walk to beach. Room provided to leave bags and shower after check out.
Nothing. We liked it so much at the start of our journey in Phuket that we booked it again for the end

Breakfast was good the staff was amazing the location was near to everything and everyone was really friendly.
The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable.

Loved the pool and gardens, everywhere was very clean and tidy. The staff were all lovely and helpful and Sugar bae ensured the rooms were spotless and we had everything we needed. She is a very hard worker who gives her all.
Loud noisy air conditioning! Uncomfortable beds!
The small rooms and the fact that no breakfast was included in the price which we found to be high for the area. Price of food at the restaurant was in the high side. Cocktail was tasteless and had no decoration, a Pina Colada should always have a piece of pineapple especially as pineapples are cheap and plentiful
