We booked a late flight to Rome so I asked the owner to let us check-in between 11 PM - 12 AM, which was granted. The morning of our arrival the owner sent me a message with directions on how to get to the location by various means of transport, which was a nice touch, and also sent me the code for the lock-box that holds the key of the apartment. I did some research on google maps to see the location and the surrounding area, and noticed that there was a panel with intercom buttons in front of the metal/glass door at the entrance to the building, so I was sure we needed to have the code to get into the building before we could get to the apartment. I asked the owner to send me some more info on how to get in, but he told me that I "only have to follow the instructions of the video at the Dropbox link". The problem is, there wasn't any video link either in our conversation, or in the listing for his property. I didn't want to bother him anymore, assured that everything will be fine, but it wasn't. We arrived at the location at 10:50 PM. The door at the entrance was locked. After a while we figured out how to get in, by pressing a button that said MM Luxury Apartment. And when we got inside, it got a lot harder. As we wandered from door to door, we found one that had a key box just like the one he described. I tried to unlock it with the code I was sent, but nothing happened. And then I (we) heard a noise inside the apartment and I knew right away that I was making a big mistake. Long story short: it took us 20 minutes to finally find the apartment, and in the meantime I tried to reach the owner on the phone 3 times, but I only got an answer from his automated voicemail. Apart from this extremely unpleasant experience, my short review of the apartment: it is clean, has all the amenities, the location is almost perfect for walking to all the main tourist attractions, the air conditioning in both rooms was very effective, excellent WiFi.
The only downside is the uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room. If you are staying there alone or as a couple, this is not a problem at all. But if a third person has to sleep there, they will suffer from back pain.

Stedet er helt centralt midt i alt det, man kommer til Rom for at se.
Alt var rent og indbydende. Der var snacks og kaffe/te til fri afbenyttelse.
Nemt at finde.
Når man ikke rejser som familie, men som venner, er det lidt af en overvindelse at skulle dele tæppe/lagen som dyne.

Situation exceptionnelle au pied du forum romain et quartier très calme.
Parfait pour dormir, un peu à l'étroit pour y séjourner longtemps pour une famille de 4.
