Leaving the vehicle at the chalet, access to the beach is via a short trail (about 5 minutes) on the road. The trail is wide and descends somewhat steeply, but steps carved into the earth help with the descent, which is adorned with ferns, coconut palms, and guapuruvu trees.
There is no tourist infrastructure, accommodation or food services; however, during peak season, you might find small, makeshift kiosks selling food and drinks, but they are not open every day. If in doubt, bring only what you need for the day.
