Liked everything possible. The space, the facilities, the games room, the pool, the space in the Villa, the two lounges. Such a comfortable home.
Our family was there to celebrate a wedding and we all spent quality time together in the pool and at the kitchen table playing games. It was so roomy.
The complex was perfect with the pool, gym and restaurant.
Just when we had issues with vehicle access the security at the gate presented very rude and would not take notice of proof of booking confirmation for the Villa as we didn't have the gate code at the time.
Your team sorted it out so swiftly the next morning. Thank you

מטבח מאובזר מאוד, ריהוט חדיש .
פשוט מושלם!!!
מארחים אדיבים, הריזורט מאוד מסודר עם פארק מים קטן ונחמד לילדים ובריכה משותפת רחבה עם מתקני שעשועים ולא עמוסה.
פחות אהבנו את הזרם של המים במקלחת,
המקלחת נקייה ונעימה אבל הזרם מאוד עדין וחלש חוץ מזה הכל מושלם.

The property was amazing the location and what’s around it is perfect for a family get away will be booking again.

The location and the house was beautiful. The water park was awesome!
Paid for heated pool and hot tub and the hot tub never got over 87 degrees. I called every day from Wednesday through Sunday and they told me that was normal. There also was no space to put our groceries. All the pantries were locked. Our garbage was never picked up all week. I asked for a refund/discount on the 350.00 for heated pool/tub and they refused.
Also 3 out of the seven days the pool maintenance company came around 1:00 PM and we couldn’t use the pool for about 2 hours after they put chemicals in it. I would have thought maybe first thing in the morning and not in the middle of the day.
