Cabin w/ Hot Tub, Game Room & Pool

Top rated by guests
Pull in right as the porch lights flick on and the sky over the ridge fades pink to purple — this is the first look at home base for the week.
Pull up a stool at the island bar while dinner's on the stove — full-size fridge, real counter space, and enough room that cooking for ten doesn't feel like a chore.
Pour a drink at the loft bar while someone else raids the fridge downstairs — three stools, a spinning globe, and a view over the whole main floor.
Kick your boots off and sink into the sofa with the fireplace going and the TV on — this is where the whole group ends up by the end of the night.
Settle into the loft nook with a book while the stairs and kitchen carry on below you — a quiet perch above the main action.

About this house rental

Summary:

Picture this: the kids race to claim the top bunk while you sink into the private hot tub on the back deck, string lights glowing as the Smoky Mountains go quiet for the night. Six minutes to Dollywood, eight to The Island, and zero steep roads in between. Rainy afternoon? Head downstairs to the game room. Sunny one? The community pool's waiting. This cabin was built for the whole crew to unwind together — dog very much included.

This brand-new, open-concept cabin sits in the heart of Pigeon Forge and sleeps 10 without anyone fighting over the good bed. The main level opens into a living room with an electric fireplace and Smart TV, flowing into a full kitchen with stainless appliances, a Keurig, and a dining table for six (plus high-top seating for three more).

The Space:

The primary bedroom sits right off the main level — king bed, its own flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs, two more bedrooms cover the rest of the group: a queen with a dedicated work desk and TV, and a second queen room with a twin-over-twin bunk for the kids. A second full bathroom serves the lower level, and a plush sofa bed in the living room adds a spot for a couple more.

Head downstairs and the game room takes over — an arcade table with Mrs. Pac-Man, a full air hockey table, and a shelf of board games for when the WiFi loses. It's the room everyone remembers, especially on the one rainy afternoon every Smoky Mountain trip gets.

Outside, the back deck is where the trip actually slows down: a private hot tub, rocking chairs, and just enough tree cover to hear birds instead of road noise. Fire up the charcoal grill, or walk to the community pool (open Memorial Day–Labor Day) when the group wants to spread out.

Practical extras: in-unit washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace with free WiFi, a Pack 'n Play and high chair for the littlest guests, and central air for the Tennessee summer humidity. Every bed has fresh linens and extra pillows, and both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR

Multigenerational families: the primary suite gives grandparents their own quiet space, while the downstairs bedrooms and bunk room keep the kids close but not underfoot.

Dollywood trip planners: at 6 minutes away with no steep roads, you can head back mid-afternoon for pool time instead of losing the day to traffic.

Families with young kids: the Pack 'n Play, high chair, and baby gates are already here, and the game room turns a rainy day into the best day of the trip.

Dog owners: this is a genuinely pet-friendly cabin — bring the dog along.

Groups of friends: three bedrooms, a sofa bed, air hockey, and Mrs. Pac-Man work as well for a girls' trip as a family reunion.

Guest Access:

You'll have private access to the entire cabin — every bedroom, the game room, kitchen, and back deck are yours alone. Check-in is fully self-service through the Smart lock on the front door; we'll send your code before you arrive. A dedicated workspace with free WiFi sits in the second bedroom. You'll also have free access to the amenities at Bear Cove Falls, including the seasonal community pool and shared charcoal grills.

Free parking is available on-site, with enough room for the SUVs and trucks families tend to bring on a Smoky Mountain trip — past guests have specifically called out how easy parking was here. Because the cabin sits on a flat, no-steep-roads section of Pigeon Forge, there's no white-knuckle driveway after dark. Free street parking is available nearby for extra vehicles.

The Neighborhood:

You're centrally located with no steep mountain roads to navigate — a real perk if you're towing a trailer or just don't want to ride the brakes all vacation. Here's how close everything really is:

- Dollywood — about 6 minutes

- The Island in Pigeon Forge — about 8 minutes

- Old Mill Square — about 10 minutes

- Pigeon Forge Snow (indoor tubing) — about 10 minutes

- Hollywood Wax Museum & the Parkway — about 8 minutes

- WonderWorks — about 9 minutes

- Dolly Parton's Stampede — about 9 minutes

- Patriot Park (river trails) — about 5 minutes

- Downtown Gatlinburg — about 15 minutes

- Great Smoky Mountains National Park — about 20 minutes

You'll hear the Dollywood train whistle from the rocking chairs some evenings — a small detail past guests mention again and again.

Getting Around:

This location is hard to beat! 1 Mile from The Parkway and so close to Dollywood that you can hear the Steam Engine Train Whistle! Guests have said, ''The cabin is somehow both extremely close to the attractions in Pigeon Forge and very quiet and private. The location is perfect - Dollywood parking is less than 10 minutes away, and you can be in Gatlinburg in 15 minutes.'' No steep roads to Navigate, prime location, price, and quality give this 3/2 cabin advantage over most right now. Cabin is in great condition, turn key and ready to rock!

We had a wonderful stay in this cabin. The location was great - very close to Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge, and easy to get to Smoky Mtn NP. The cabin was well-equipped for the 6 of us (kids, parents, grandparents, and dog!). The owner was very responsive to questions. Loved the little well-stocked store at the bottom of the hill! Keep your garbage in the correct bins as advised - we saw a bear one evening behind the cabins across from this location!

This cabin was a perfect fit for our family. We made plans to go to the Smokey Mountain National Park and also to Dollywood. The park was 17 minutes away and Dollywood was only 5 minutes. Could not ask for a more convenient location. Also, the location was private enough to not be distracted by the congested traffic but only minutes away from parkway. This property had a fully stocked kitchen, towels, blankets, etc. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beds and furniture were comfortable and plenty of space for our family to have our own privacy.
