About this house rental
Bring your large group to enjoy the great outdoors at our Barndominium! The barndo has 8BRs with the loft studio suite that will sleep up to 25! It has a gated entrance that offers privacy and security for our guests. Situated about 23 min from KCI, 7 min to Liberty, 25 min to Chiefs/Royals stadiums, & 30 min to downtown KC.

IMPORTANT policies to review BEFORE booking:
* Occupancy Limits: MAX of 25 people allowed on the property at any time.
* Prohibited: Unapproved events, wild parties, indoor smoking or vaping, large weddings (small private ones permitted), big tents, unauthorized guest pets, fireworks (except on approved holidays), ATVs or go-karts (golf carts are allowed), RVs or trailers.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pet Policy: Small-to-medium, house-broken dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $50 per dog.
* Check-In / Check-Out Flexibility: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability for an additional $15 per hour.
* Stay Details: Please inform us of the purpose of your visit prior to booking.
* Property Care: The booking guest is 100% responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning. All property equipment must remain at its assigned building.
Fun activities on-site: pickleball court, cornhole boards, wiffle ball, tetherball, tree swings, a wagon, an assortment of sports balls and outdoor games, with more features continuously being added!

Accommodating up to 25 guests, the entire barndo features 8 bedrooms (including a loft studio suite), 4 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 distinct living areas. The ground level boasts an expansive gathering space (approx. 850 sq ft) equipped with a full kitchen, dining section, and a 70" Vizio smart TV. Guests also have access to a spacious parking area.
BARNDO LOFT STUDIO SUITE & AMENITIES
Private Entrance: Situated at the rear corner of the property, complete with dedicated parking.
Upper Deck: Located directly off the loft, offering scenic views and stairway access down to the yard.
In-Suite Laundry: Conveniently set up inside the loft's private bathroom.
BARNDO OUTDOOR FEATURES
Fenced Backyard: Fully enclosed outdoor area.
Fire Pit Area: Features plenty of seating and comes fully stocked with firewood, fire starter, paper, and roasting skewers.
Grill Station: Propane grill conveniently positioned near the fire pit area

Paul, kudos to you and your family for having this property available for people to stay! We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The attention to detail throughout the home made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful before and during our stay. Communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.The location was perfect, and the property provided the ideal setting for making great memories. Great place to bring a family together for a reunion! If you have young children you should check it out. Very kid friendly. Lots of games and toys outside too. Really enjoyed our stay.

This is an excellent accommodation for a large gathering. Everything was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for activities and visiting.

We had a ladie's weekend and this was a clean, quiet, peaceful stay. We had planty of space for everyone to sleep and a great gathering space in the dining area. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked a few meals. The land was beautiful, we took some walks. The firepit was just right for a chilly night. We would highly recommend this Barndo!
