Bring your large group and enjoy our private retreat on acreage with a gated entrance! We have a spacious HOUSE & BARNDOMINIUM about 80 yards apart that sleeps up to 40 in 13BRs combined! Enjoy a stunning view from our screened-in porch & activities that includes a pickleball court.
Situated 23 min from KCI, 7 min to Liberty, 25 min to Chiefs/Royals stadiums, & 30 min to downtown KC.
IMPORTANT policies to review BEFORE booking:
* Occupancy Limits: MAX of 40 people allowed on the property at any time.
* Prohibited: Unapproved events, wild parties, indoor smoking or vaping, large weddings (small private ones permitted), big tents, unauthorized guest pets, fireworks (except on approved holidays), ATVs or go-karts (golf carts are allowed), RVs or trailers.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Pet Policy: Small-to-medium, house-broken dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $50 per dog.
* Check-In / Check-Out Flexibility: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability for an additional $30 per hour.
* Stay Details: Please inform us of the purpose of your visit prior to booking.
* Property Care: The booking guest is 100% responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning. All property equipment must remain at its assigned building.

The ground level boasts an expansive gathering space (approx. 850 sq ft) equipped with a full kitchen, dining section, and a 70" Vizio smart TV. Guests also have access to a spacious parking area.

Upper Deck: Located directly off the loft, offering scenic views and stairway access down to the yard.

We had our small family wedding here and enjoyed staying in such a beautiful area. Both homes were clean and well stocked with towels, bed linens, and kitchen items. We were able to host immediate family for a casual rehearsal dinner and the larger group outside for the wedding the day after. Paul was an amazing host and was extremely helpful and responsive!

This was a great place for a family reunion/celebration of life for my father-in-law. The two houses gave us plenty of space to gather or spread out. We had ages one year to 60 and there were activities for all. Set in a quiet, rural setting but 10 minutes away from stores if we need anything. Paul was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely rent again!

This property was perfect for our retreat. Everyone enjoyed being close to the city, but feeling far away from it at the same time. The host was very helpful and responsive to questions.
