Bring your group to watch a stunning view of the sun rise from our screened-in front porch! We have a spacious 2700 sqft, 5BR, 3 full bath home on acreage that sleeps up to 15. Our gated entrance offers privacy and security for our guests. Enjoy outside activities that includes a pickleball court.
Situated 23 min from KCI, 7 min to Liberty, 25 min to Chiefs/Royals stadiums, & 30 min to downtown KC.
IMPORTANT policies to review BEFORE booking:
* Occupancy Limits: MAX of 15 people allowed on the property at any time.
* Prohibited: Unapproved events, wild parties, indoor smoking or vaping, large weddings (small private ones permitted), big tents, unauthorized guest pets, fireworks (except on approved holidays), ATVs or go-karts (golf carts are allowed), RVs or trailers.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Pet Policy: Small-to-medium, house-broken dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $50 per dog.
* Check-In / Check-Out Flexibility: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability for an additional $15 per hour.
* Stay Details: Please inform us of the purpose of your visit prior to booking.
* Property Care: The booking guest is 100% responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning. All property equipment must remain at its assigned building.

The layout features an expansive 1,000 sq. ft. living room complete with an 86" LG smart TV. The master suite serves as a private retreat, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub. A large parking area is available for guests.

Kitchen: Equipped with a coffee bar, walk-in pantry, connected full bathroom, and all essential cookware and basic items (feel free to reach out if you require specific items).
Front Porch: Fully screened-in space furnished with seating and a porch swing—ideal for watching the sunrise.
Back Porch: Includes a dedicated laundry area.
Back Patio & Outdoor Space: Features a propane grill within a fully fenced yard.
Fire Pit: Fully equipped with sitting, including firewood, paper, lighter, and roasting sticks.

We had a mini reunion with our adult children, our grandchildren, and their dogs. It was a great environment for that. The house had an open layout with lots of room for the kids to play and no delicate things laying around that could be broken. There was a fenced back yard for the dogs which was great to have. The neighbors weren't close so we didn't have to worry about disturbing anyone. The host was quick to respond to questions and was accommodating to our needs.

Our large group of adults and kids really enjoyed our stay. We used the kitchen a lot and liked how it was set-up and how well it was stocked. Everything was clean and the beds comfortable. Paul was very helpful and quick to reply to my questions.

Our host did a great job communicating with us and responding back to our questions. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was great. Great location with fantastic sunrises and sunsets.

Paul was very responsive anytime we needed anything. The house was perfect for all of which was 15. We were there to celebrate our son in law’s graduation from Midwest Baptist Theological Seminary. It was located in a quiet gated area just minutes from anything you need. The kids loved playing outside. Well done Paul, your property was great!
