Very late booking from us and very fast response from owner.
Communication and house great.
The house and bedrooms felt a little damp. I think the house hadn't been used for a while. It wasn't enough to interfere with our stay but the bed sheets did feel a bit damp. Would have benefited from the heating being on periodically to air the place out a bit.

Great communication. Everything needed and extras included. Really thoughtful.
Slight smell of smoke but I think this was from upstairs flat so unavoidable.
