The house is big and comfortable! The location is great! It’s only 15min walking distance from mirissa beach. It’s not on the main road, but in a quiet and calm street that is near all the restaurants and shops. The owner lives in the house in the back of the main house and they are the sweetest! The WiFi connection is pretty fair! There is hot water and the bed sheets, towels, and rooms were clean! They respond super quickly and are helpful and proactive! We had a great experience there!
Bring your coffee filter if you need coffee in the morning and want to make your own!

Большой дом, хорошее патио перед ним. Кухня хорошо укомплектована. Большой стол и хорошая гостиная. ПО утрам и ночам тихо. Норм за свои деньги, было бы дороже не сняли. Пляжи в 10-20 минутах пешком.
УЖасно скрипучая кровать в большой спальне и очень много комаров, не представляю откуда они каждую ночь берутся,залетали даже под балдахины. Ванная комната маленькая и не очень приятная.

Our group of friends from the office spent two days at Villa 277, and I must say it was one of the best villa experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, everything about the stay was impressive and exceeded our expectations.
The villa itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. It is located very close to Talarabe and Coconut Tree Hill, which makes it not only convenient but also a perfect spot for anyone who wants to explore and enjoy one of the most scenic areas. The surroundings are peaceful, yet the villa feels lively and welcoming.
What stood out the most was the warm hospitality. The staff treated us with genuine care and attention, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their service felt personal and heartfelt, which really added to the experience.
The food and drinks were excellent as well—freshly prepared, tasty, and served with great presentation. It was a pleasure to enjoy such good meals in such a relaxed setting.
Overall, Villa 277 left us with wonderful memories. It is a place that combines comfort, great service, and a perfect location. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a stay that is both relaxing and impressive. We are already looking forward to coming back again.
