The property was well set up with all the comforts we needed and more. Excellent location for all the Disney parks and Universal. The house has been modernised and the style is nice and up to date. The pool is just the right size for a little splash to cool down. And the local club house is great fun with a good pool and slides.

Location!! You couldn't get any closer to the Disney parks without paying ridiculous amounts of money. 15 minute drive to all Disney parks, was perfect. Walmart a couple minute drive away. Villa was perfectly clean! Resort had a HEATED swimming pool, the best heated swimming pool we have ever come across. Modern villa.
The Villa - the back yard is very small and not very maintained. Floor all uneven, pool not kept clean and very little seating. 2 chairs and one sun lounger. The back yard needs a lot of change. No basic welcome instructions at the property, how to work the air con, resort instructions and tips etc
The last few pictures in the description are not accurate. There is no lazy river on site nor tennis courts and bar like in the picture. There is a very small shop/cafe that sells a few bits. No bar, no proper restaurant, however, it did suit what we needed the villa for. Please note, the 3rd bedroom is downstairs not all upstairs. This should be more clear for families. The princess bedroom could also be a little more unisex as we have a son, although he did like the room it's just worth considering.
