Stanza privata spaziosa e accogliente. Bagno in comune pulito e altre persone della WG silenziose. Posizione strategica vicino alla stazione.
Per un breve soggiorno va bene.
Sotto c'è un'ottima panetteria/pasticceria.
L'entrata dell'immobile non è molto invitante.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Studio mit kostenlosen Snacks und Kaffee. Gemeinschaftsküche mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr nette Langzeitmieter auf derselben Etage.

Room is wonderfully furnished and comes with an own coffee machine with capsules, sweets and cold drinks already waiting for you in the fridge. Apartment is located literally across the train station and is 20 mins walk from either Old Town of Konstanz or the free access beach at Kreuzlingen Hafen. WiFi is strong and reliable. Hosts are nice and responsive.
One should consider apartment (kitchen, terrace, bathroom and toilet) is shared with other tenants, but i have been to noisier hotels than this place and it is unexpectedly clean and tidy for such a shared property.
It is well isolated but if windows are open, it is loud due to the traffic outside.
I was there during a heat wave (36 degrees) and my only complaint is that it was really hot at night, despite the shutters and opened windows. At normal temperatures i don't think that can be an issue.
As already mentioned, apartment and facilities are shared with other tenants, but i had absolutely no problems, noise or encounters.

Entrance was delayed as I seemingly didn't initially get the instructions for entry through Booking, but eventually it all went smoothly. As it says, you are sharing the toilets and showers with other people, but it didn't cause me any inconvenience.
