The owner - who we met when we arrived - was pleasant, kind and gracious, our bedroom was exceptionally clean, quiet, and our bed very comfortable.
Due to our age the stairs leading up to the third floor apartment were not ideal but as we only spent one night we were fine.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Classical Boston “triple stacka” My room was very quiet. Never saw or heard the other people.

The property was clean and neat but we can hear the police coming and going the entire time at night meaning it’s not a good place to stay
Had a guest with an opened wound on her arm and back knife puncturing on her meaning she and her girlfriend were running away from the authorities here at this stay not good very scary.
