Never stayed. See ⬆️

Nothing. We never stayed. Apparently last guests trashed the place. We couldn’t stay, we were told the apartment was not fit for purpose and couldn’t be fixed. 😡

Absolutely scruffy! Couldn’t use the shower or anything total filth’ didn’t sleep in the bed due to blood stains on pillows.

Avoid At All Cost

DO NOT BOOK HERE Nothing to like booked in February for November on the day we were due to arrive for messaged to say property unavailable due to damage from previous guests offered a house with bad reviews 3 miles out of the city centre, with bad reviews stating it was unhygienic and in a state of disrepair. Requested a refund and herd nothing back off the company. Appalling customer service treats guests disgustingly don't deserve to be in business.

Ruined family plans to Liverpool were so disappointed to be let down by this company at the last minute. Appalling customer service skills. They will take your money and provide you with nothing.

Everything was perfect at a great low price to with perfect location

Good location

Shower tray had the front panel missing, the tile in front of the shower not fixed in properly so when stood on it moved and sprayed water. Bathroom felt unclean and unkempt. The bedding was old and not what would be expected. The side tables in the bedroom were dirty and well worn. Not worth the money paid at all and we were very disappointed. The information given to gain access to the property were unclear, told that the lock box was outside the main building but it was actually outside the apartment door.
