The view! Amazing!

The space was clean. The host accommodated many first toiletries. The spot was very nice after morning sun, the balcony stayed shaded. The light show was perfect at night from the room. Family friendly environment, every pool was clean and not over crowded. The walk to the beach is very close, distance to pineapple Willie's was on the way. The board walk had everything you could want to do. Walmart was a hop skip away. The parking garage never got to crowded. There's also a spot to grill your on food.
The elevator wait was the hardest part about this location.

The location, the pools, and the shopping center/food that was available for the resort.
The loooooooong wait at the elevators, and some of the staff were not professional and unfriendly.

Great location, great amenities such as multiple pools, easy access to the beach
There were no luggage carts available at check-in nor check out. We had to make multiple trips back and forth from the 2nd floor garage, up to the 11th floor and back down again. Two small elevators for a very large resort.
