My 5 year old loved it. She wanted to go back to her hotel room every time we were out. Very family friendly!
The check in was a little confusing. You’re supposed to go to a location nearby the train station. I didn’t know that and went straight to the hotel, luckily someone was leaving and I was able to enter the lobby and call customer service(since no staff is on site). They were able to give me my room key code.

We really liked this place, great location and fun for the kids. Nice and helpful reception staff and we appreciated the free shuttle. Some people have complained about the check in process but we actually found it really easy and well communicated. It’s an easy walk/taxi/train the the centre. Supermarket really close. The room was big and very cute.
Very worn out carpet and blinds were broken and couldn’t open (sweets room) kids beds were really thin and hard so they didn’t sleep well unfortunately. I think for the price though it was overall pretty good.

Dangerous climbing activities in room, dont work for small kids. No service in rooms such as cleaning and changing towels/sheets
