L’appartamento è confortevole, dotato di aria condizionata e di tutto l’essenziale per il soggiorno. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il balcone, molto comodo per stendere la biancheria. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili ad aiutarci; inoltre, ci hanno permesso di effettuare il check-in in anticipo. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene. La posizione è abbastanza comoda e non troppo lontana dal centro, anche se nelle ore di maggior traffico si possono impiegare fino a 30 minuti per raggiungerlo. La colazione non era inclusa.
La principale delusione ha riguardato il balcone. Al momento della prenotazione avevamo capito che fosse parte dell'appartamento, mentre in realtà si trova nel corridoio condominiale ed è condiviso: per accedervi bisogna quindi uscire dall'appartamento e attraversare lo spazio comune del piano. Questo ci ha infastidito, soprattutto perché avevamo scelto e pagato un po' di più per questa sistemazione proprio per avere un balcone privato.
Anche la dotazione della cucina potrebbe essere migliorata: c'è l'essenziale, ma mancavano alcune stoviglie e avremmo apprezzato qualche pentola e utensile in più.

Very good location, convenient to everywhere, steps by the large mall Mega where you can find everything you may need.
Very nice and proactive communication from the host, polite and super efficient.
Overall the apartment was good.
It must be cleaner, I had a super busy stay so I didn’t spend much time in the apt and had no energy and time to report the issues to the host.
Thankfully I had to spend only 2 nights there but had to buy disinfection products and gloves to bear staying there - maybe my mistake but really what I saw in the bathroom and overall lingering smell from the bedding was quite upsetting.
So my only recommendation to the host - is to have proper deep clean of the place from time to time, the stains in the bathroom are not acceptable.
