The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at.

The location, proximity to various shops, restaurants, train stations, etc. were wonderful. We do not regret making a reservation here. The check-in and check-out processes were straight-forward.
The property was satisfactory, and most of the amenities were great. But we found some blond hair strands under the blanket (None of us are blond). Some food crumbs were inside inside the fold-out bed. Also a used chopstick under the desk.
The garbage disposal area was horrible. Not the fault of the owner/managemant of this property, but rather the other guests who were completely disrespecting the basic rules: not separating the plastics bottles and beer cans from regular garbage and food composts. So in the early morning there was a huge mess caused by crows and rats roaming in the area.
