The house was as advertised on VRBO and in a quiet neighborhood as listed. Joanna was available when we had an issue with the door lock which was rectified in aboutv20 minutes. Truly a gem close to restaurant and other attractions. Easy ro navigate to address once submitted as we Drove from Las Vegas to their property. We would rent again if we come to California again.

We used this house like it was our own home. We cooked everyday hangout in the living room and used the back yard. We parked the truck in the garage. We really didn't use the projector to watch any television but a nice feature. The bed was firm maybe too firm for most. But that depends on you.

The place only sleeps 8 even though it says 10. There was an air mattress but no pump for it. Shower was moldy and kitchen sink was wobbly. Host was not responsive to questions. Video projection machine would not play anything beyond windows screen. Disappointing.
