The house is near a 10. Roomy. EXCELLENT decor. Walking distance to the club house. Plenty dishes. Quality sheets. Extra blankets. Quite AC. They only thing I'd upgrade is the TV's in the bedrooms. They are extremely small for the size of the rooms.Now for constructive criticism. Booking was a nightmare. Too many hands in the kitchen. So when there was a question, who do you call? There is the host, Vrbo, Executive Villas, and the guard gate. ALL with different roles. Not working well together. We flew all the way to Florida and STILL didn't know how to get into the house. After MULTIPLE calls to Vrbo (The original place I booked), I was told to get instructions from Executive Villas. Why didn't Vrbo have that info for me on their site? Anyway, we get to the property with their instructions then the guard wouldn't let us on the property. They said the owner (not Vrbo or Executive Villas) has to call them and add my name. Well, I don't have owner contact. So we sat outside the gate and started making calls AGAIN. After MULTIPLE calls, someone got ahold of them and we were aloud access. THEN when we got to the property, the door code was wrong. But the key lockbox worked.The ENTIRE TRIP, 4 ladies had to juggle with 1 key. Because I was TIRED OF CALLING MULTIPLE COMPANIES to find ANSWERS. Another thing. We shouldn't be asked to put used towels etc. in the washer and start it if there's no laundry soup. The towels are rinsed for the next guest. Not washed. YUCK! Beware.

The villa was impressive , very clean and loads of room on a great resort , if ur a golfer u do get 15% off at champions gate country club which is a bonus, only draw back was 2 separate lot of very noisy neighbours but I guess that’s just luck of the draw and nothing the host can do about it

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The home was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for guests. Everything from the comfortable beds to the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to relax and feel at home right away.The property was in a great location, convenient to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses and clear instructions made check-in and check-out seamless.You can tell the owners take pride in maintaining the home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall quality of the space.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway.

The house was large and accommodated our 12 guests. The lazy river and gym were a walking distance from the home, water slides about a 6min drive. Unfortunately there was a huge delay with check in where we were never sent the check in info and had to call, then never got the car check in info and called again, then it was wrong and security wouldn't let us in for over an hour until our names were added to a list by the host. When we got to the home the fridge was not cold, the house was hot, and there was no bbq grill which was stated to be included in the listing. We had purchased groceries to grill that night. We reached out and communicated our issues and a grill was delivered the next day and a maintenance person came and fixed the fridge. When the fridge was pulled out there were multiple live roaches, we then began to see them all over the home. In the bathrooms, back porch, kitchen cabinets etc. They were unable to send out someone until 2 days later who came and did some bug treatment. This property has potential but needs some TLC.
