This home sleeps 10 and features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms including a stunning master suite with ensuite, sauna and fitness studio overlooking rolling hills. Enjoy the 12m magnesium pool, pool house with kitchenette, fireplace & BBQ, plus a games area with pool table/table tennis and a soundproof 8-seat cinema room with projector.



The Space:

The Langville Estate is a modern single-level home boasting state-of-the-art features and luxury appliances, designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The house features indoor and outdoor kitchens, a spectacular 8-seater home cinema room, Scandinavian sauna, walk-in robes to every bedroom, and mesmerising countryside views with incredible evening stargazing.



For year-round comfort, the Langville offers reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning throughout the home, separated into zones, along with indoor and outdoor fireplaces plus an outdoor firepit to keep you cosy during the cooler months. Being semi-rural, this amazing abode is extremely peaceful with no immediate neighbours, the perfect place to truly switch off and relax into your surroundings.



The spacious open-plan living area is designed for effortless entertaining, featuring a large 4m dining table, comfortable lounge space and a striking suspended fireplace as the centrepiece. The modern kitchen overlooks the pool and offers generous bench space, an induction cooktop, oven, dual-drawer dishwasher and a fully equipped butler’s pantry with fridge, freezer, coffee pod machine, microwave and additional sink.



There is plenty of fun for the entire family to enjoy, including a pool table, table tennis, with an adjacent living room with a comfy chaise sofa, smart TV with board games, and a selection of books to enjoy. If you do need to work during your stay, a fully equipped study and Wi-Fi throughout the house are also provided.



The 12m swimming pool is fully automated and converted to magnesium, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after every swim, with an adjacent pool house with a convenient bathroom. The yoga studio is connected to the master suite and is equipped with a yoga mat and free weights so you can continue your practice or training should you wish.



Furry family members are welcome too. The home includes a dog flap fitted in the laundry/boot room. We simply ask that you let us know how many dogs will be joining you (maximum 2 dogs, with a $50 pet fee per dog) so we can ensure you are comfortable with the doggy house rules in advance.



Bedroom 1 (Master Suite & Ensuite): King bed, ducted AC, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe with a desk, complete with a spacious modern ensuite with a shower, bath, Scandinavian sauna, toilet and double vanity.



Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 & 5: Each feature a queen bed, ducted AC, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and built-in desk.



Bathrooms 2 & 3: With two-way access between bedrooms 2,3,4 & 5 featuring a shower, toilet and vanity.



Bathroom 4: Conveniently located outside in the pool house with a shower, toilet and vanity.



Laundry/Powder Room: Full size laundry with a washing machine, dryer and outdoor clothesline, plus a convenient powder room.



Guest Access:

Enjoy access to the entire home with easy single-level entry, plus a double garage and ample parking along the sealed driveway leading to the property.

You’ll enjoy the quiet charm of a small hinterland community while still being within easy driving distance of coastal towns, national parks, and everyday amenities. Kin Kin is known for its friendly local atmosphere, scenic countryside, and slower pace of life, making it ideal for guests looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.

- Kin Kin main street with the famous heritage-rich Kin Kin Hotel is a 2 minute drive away

- Pomona town centre with shops, cafés, and IGA is approximately a 15–20 minute drive

- Gympie with major supermarkets, dining, and services is around a 25–30 minute drive

- Noosa Heads and popular beaches are approximately a 35–45 minute drive

- Noosa National Park is around a 45–50 minute drive

- Brisbane Airport is approximately a 2 hour drive

- Sunshine Coast Airport is around a 60–70 minute drive

- Hinterland favourites including Cooroy, Eumundi, and local walking trails are all within easy reach



The surrounding area is perfect for exploring the Noosa hinterland, scenic drives, local markets, bushwalks, and charming country towns.



Getting Around:

A car is essential when staying in Kin Kin, as this is a rural hinterland area with limited public transport. Driving is the easiest and most convenient way to explore nearby towns, beaches, and national parks. Local roads connect easily to Pomona, Gympie, and the wider Noosa region. Walking and cycling are enjoyable within the immediate area, but longer trips will require a vehicle.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*Micro-weddings, elopements, and commercial photography require prior approval and additional fees. All event enquiries are managed by our designated wedding planner.



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
