Clean, quiet, nicely decorated, and modern apartment with safe and secure parking. Relaxing garden. The small kitchen area was very convenient and functional. Outstanding modern bathroom and "rainfall" style shower. Our apartment called "Vesuvio" had a private outdoor terrace with a dining table and an unforgettable view of the famous volcano. If you have a car this is a great base to visit Herculaneum (walking distance) and Pompeii (short drive). Also a very short walk to beautiful and very interesting Villa Campolieto. Grocery shopping a short drive or 10 minute walk to modern Dodeca store. Day-trip to Central Naples is also doable via cab or train (or even car), but recommend detailed advance research augmented by advice from helpful onsite staff to make this "smooth". Excellent overall experience at this hotel and highly recommend this calm oasis in this fascinating but sometimes slightly chaotic metro area.

We had wanted to visit this part of Italy for a long time, but since I’m quite sensitive when it comes to sleeping in hotels, finding the right place wasn’t easy. That changed when we discovered Vesuvius Palace. After reading all the positive reviews, we decided to book it for our 8‑day stay to explore the coast from Naples to Amalfi.
The hotel turned out to be the perfect base for all our trips. We were a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids of 11 and 13.
The nearest train station is only an 8‑minute walk away. The hotel itself is modern, well‑equipped, spotless, has very comfortable beds, and stays perfectly cool on hot days.
The service is truly exceptional from the moment you book. They provide all the information you need and are extremely helpful in arranging taxi transfers to and from the airport. They also organised a taxi for us to the harbour on our island day. Throughout our stay, they were always available on WhatsApp for tips, information, or last‑minute questions.
We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book this hotel again.
