S hostiteli lze mluvit plynulou angličtinou, což je velmi pozitivní. Vedle jazyka jsou ale hostitelé hlavně ochotni naslouchat, komunikovat a pomoci s jakýmkoliv problémem - od zabouchnutých dveří, přes cokoliv chybějícího po dopravu. Čistota apartmánu byla úžasná, postele pohodlné, dokonce spaní na přistýlce syn ohodnotil jako nejlepší spaní v životě. Byt je voňavý. Výtah do 5.patra byl velkou výhodou.
Meli jsme problémy s cestováním vlakem. Zpoždění, vlak ve stanici najesnou nezastavuje, hlášení v italštině apod. Ale zvykli jsme si a ercolano bychom za ubytování v centru nevyměnili. Snídaně jsou stále stejné, ale je uvedeno v popisku, že se jedná o italsky typ snídaně, takže co bylo slíbeno, bylo i zajištěno.

The place is very well located to all useful services and at the center of the city and close to the train station. The room was beyond my expectations in all aspects. The host is super friendly and responsive to all quieries. Professionalism as its best) I would definitely come back

Een gezamenlijke plek waar je even kan zitten. Een dakterras zou ook een mooie toevoeging zijn. Het ontbijt kan gevarieerder
