Comfort, cleanliness, attention to details, central location.
It’s on a noisy street, but has double glazing and aircon so very quiet when you close the balcony doors.

La propreté de la chambre. La gentillesse du propriétaire et de la personne qui gère la partie administrative.
L’emplacement de l’immeuble (sans porte) dans une rue extrêmement bruyante. L’isolation sonore de la chambre , bruit de la rue, bruits dans la chambre d’à coté ( réveillée à 1h du matin car eu l’impression que des gens étaient dans notre chambre tellement c’était bruyant dans la chambre d’à coté la deuxième nuit.
Quartier peu fréquentable, les restaurateurs nous ont recommandé de cacher nos bijoux pour pas se les faire arracher et de cacher notre sacoche sur nos genoux.
Le petit déjeuner proposé en face de l’établissement 1 croissant napolitain et un café pas à notre gout du tout mais personnel très agréable.
Pas d’accès à la mer sans passer par un parking déchèterie. La mer d’ailleurs est également une déchèterie.
