About 15 min walk to versuvio meeting point.
About 15 min walk to herculaneum.
There was a kettle and fridge.
The owner kindly looked after my bag whilst I visited the sites.
Communication was good - could message him in WhatsApp.
Great MD supermarket around the corner: 3 min walk.
Fantastic pizza place open til midnight, called la maison de la pizza.
Bed was comfortable. Good air-conditioning.
Would benefit from some plates and cutlery.
The bathroom window needs a full curtain.
This property is on the main road so the traffic outside is very audible however it got quieter after 11ish in the evening.
Breakfast is at a cafe, rather than at the property. I didn't have the cafe Breakfast choosing instead to get fruit and yoghurt from the supermarket around the corner.

muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos de la estación de Ercolano scavi, que te da acceso a línea directa para ir a Pompeya (20/30 minutos), Nápoles (20 minutos), Sorrento (1 hora y 15)... a través de la Circumvesuviana; también muy cerca del yacimiento arqueológico. Raffaele muy amable y atento siempre, pendiente por si necesitaba algo, dejo el primer día agua fresca de cortesía. trabaja justo en frente así que el alojamiento se siente seguro. la habitación y el baño son espaciosos, cuenta con tabla y plancha, artículos de aseo y toallas gratuitas. la cama es muy cómoda y el aire acondicionado funciona bien, por lo que aun si quieres dormir con todo cerrado, no pasarás calor, también se ventila bastante bien. hay un pequeño minibar y una cafetera. cuenta con rejas y mosquitera así que aún viajando sola como yo, me sentí muy agusto. el desayuno incluido se sirve en una cafetería a 2 minutos, está compuesto por un café y un Cornetto deliciosos, y las chicas de la cafetería muy simpaticas. también tienen opciones para desayunar más abundantemente si quieres y para comer a muy buenos precios. muchas gracias a todos!!!!!
lo único, y que ya sabía por otros comentarios, es que se escucha el ruido de la calle, pero vamos más culpa tienen los usuarios de motos que van haciendo ruido innecesario a las 12 de la noche.... por lo demás el trafico no es para tanto, yo dormí con la ventana del baño abierta todas las noches y pude descansar sin tapones.
