We loved our stay at Villa Patrizia, the room with the view was great, Roberto was always available for help and recommendations and breakfast was lovely. The location is great too, close enough to Napels and other interesting places, but still quiet enough to relax!

Villa Patrizia, an old Neapolitan multilevel villa, is conveniently located in Torre del Greco just 4 kms from the archaeological site of Ercolano. Contrary to other reviewers we found the villa easy to find.
The villa appears to be located in one of the safer parts of Naples and there is secure parking behind the gate.
Our room "Capri" was clean, it had an ensuite and a view of the Bay of Naples.
The rooms are not soundproof and we heard every noise from the other guest rooms, from the breakfast room and every step from the storey above, we heard toilets flushing and showers running.
The furnishings are a bit antique, the matress was comfortable but the bed linen uninspiring.
The toilet flush was temperamental and the room oozed a smell of sewer.
On the other hand the accomodation is reasonably priced for a major city and one should not expect a luxury accommodation at this price.

Villa Patrizia is ideally located near Naples, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Sorento, and the Amalfi Coast, with a rail station close by. Stunning views, tasty Italian breakfast, covered parking, wonderful hosts, and the excellent La Smorfia restaurant nearby.
