This recently updated, gorgeous family home in convenient East Hill is being offered for rent for the first time! This home has been meticulously cared for and recently underwent a complete overhaul remodel. Every inch of the home's interior has been modernized and updated. The house is spacious and open. The kitchen is huge. The appliances are top of the line. There is every smaller appliance imaginable.Soap, shampoo, etc. are supplied as well as numerous towels including beach towels.Word of warning. If you can't determine how to enter the TV code call the host. After a relatively small number of failures access becomes problematic. The only complaint from family was that the AC in the bedrooms was not substantial. Other than that everything was beyond what we expected. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed this house so much last year that we booked another week this year! The house is beautiful, very well equipped and in a perfect location for visiting family and getting to the beach quickly! I definitely think we will be back again next May.

We selected this particular property because we were in town for UWF’s graduation. Proximity to the party site and the graduation site was key and this place delivered. No detail was missed on this property. The lay out was exquisite. We planned for the possibility of my mother in law possibly need inn to stay with us but that was not needed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a wine cooler and immaculately laid out kitchen were all used. More than we could have expected. When we return, we will be coming here.
