We had a wonderful stay here!
The host was really kind and the apartment was very clean, cozy and stylish.
It was equipped with everything you could possibly need — a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, TV, cooking plate, and all the necessary dishes.
Having a clean private bathroom was also a big plus.
There was no air conditioning, but this was not a problem at all, as the room had a fan and electric roller shutters, which were great for keeping the room dark and cool, and also ensuring privacy.
We really enjoyed the shared facilities, especially the rooftop terrace, the gym, and the common area downstairs. The check-in and check-out were very simple.
The location was excellent. It was close to both the metro and the train station, making it very easy to get around.
This is a great place, especially for students, or anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay while exploring Paris. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay and you get great value for your money.
I would defenitely stay here again if I come back to Paris!

Parking. After hours check in directions wernt clear and couldn’t contact anyone. The emergency guy hung up when called and sent text then didn’t respond. Keys were horrible to use to lock yourself in. No one was able to help us get into bldg or garage. Plus I don’t speak French and didn’t understand directions from speaker.
