Very nice and clean, good location as we were near tubeu station and busses.
It would be nice if they put some hooks in the room for drying towels, and included a bath mat to catch water after getting out of the shower.

The WiFi was rubbish and it could do with a fan. Also not there fault but a lot people were siting on the wall chatting late into evening right in front of the windows

Ideal location, great shower, ideal to have a little kitchen when staying with a 1 year old. Close to handy tube station and a lovely play park and amenities within 5-10 min walk. Quiet neighbourhood. Light and airy, good ventilation and fan provided too.
Would be an ideal place to stay if the issues were addressed/ communication was better.
Lack of communication when we encountered a problem on arrival (cleaner hadn’t turned up to clean apartment before check in) was told we would get a call back and didn’t, so we went out for supplies and in the mean time a cleaner came to rectify scenario. Thankfully.
Although the previous persons clothing were still in the drawers after the apartment had been cleaned.
Asked for a cot to be available for the stay months before booking occurred. We stayed for 3 days and the cot finally arrived on the last day which was basically pointless at this stage as we had had to struggle on the sofa bed for 2 days out of 3 with our 1 year old.
Missing curtains so the room was fully light all night with no way of rectifying this. You could also see straight into the bathroom with no curtain…..
Still awaiting a partial refund which the owner has advised she had asked booking.com for.
