We had a good stay at this hostel. The facilities were good, and the location was really convenient for exploring the area. Some of the staff were also very helpful and friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, a good option for backpackers and a comfortable place to stay.

Walls are very thin, so you can hear quite a lot from outside the rooms. This was particularly noticeable when some of the staff played music quite loudly, which could be disruptive, especially at night.

Perfect for long-term stays. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable seating area. Comfortable and quiet dorms. Located near to supermarkets.

Staff not helpful regarding tours or sightseeing.

The staff is so polite and supportive. They even provided the relaxed early checkin and relaxed checkout. No rush. Very much impressive service.

Located very centrally, which makes travelling anywhere very easy. Clean room got laundry (need to pay) & kitchen.

I was disappointed with my stay here. The shower water temperature was extremely inconsistent — it would suddenly turn very hot and then cold without warning, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The soundproofing in the rooms was poor. For families with children, this may not be an ideal choice, as we felt constant pressure to keep noise to a minimum. At one point, while we were eating in the kitchen area, the front desk staff closed the door to prevent noise from the children. Several kitchen appliances were either outdated or not functioning properly. When we asked for assistance, the staff mentioned they were unsure how to operate them. Although our room included a terrace, the terrace door was faulty. Once opened, it could not be closed without assistance from the front desk, and we were advised not to use it. The morning after check-in, we were informed that despite our 5-year-old not using an extra bed, we were required to pay for an additional guest due to hotel policy. I understand policies exist, but the lack of flexibility was disappointing. Even luggage storage required an additional fee if we returned later. The front desk staff were polite, but most concerns were attributed to “management policy,” with little room for practical solutions. Overall, considering the price and experience, I regret this choice, especially since nearby Airbnb options offer better value and more family-friendly policies.
