Arrived early 0600, enquired about an early check in but didn’t book one, they sorted a room to be cleaned immediately and was ready in half an hour and only charged me a minimal amount. Room was spacious and the bed comfortable cleaned daily. Staff were helpful in booking a taxi, enjoyable and economical stay.
Shower was a bit low on pressure, but adequate.

The size of the room and the reception lady who gave me upgradation to superior room .
They have lift not working I did not understand why they are not improvising the hotel which as lot of potential.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Ambassador Hotel. The staff were friendly, kind, and welcoming throughout my visit. Upon arrival, I noticed that some rooms face the street, so I requested a quieter room away from the road. Although I was initially told that the hotel was fully booked, the staff kindly made arrangements to accommodate my request and managed to swap my room. I truly appreciated their effort and willingness to assist.
The hotel is not exactly in the city Centre for tourists activities, and Republic Square is approximately a 30-minute walk away. However, this was not really an issue as Yandex Go taxis are very affordable and convenient and also, I didn’t mind walking sometimes. They do have alot of restaurants around which is great.
The hotel itself is an older property, but my room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and well maintained, with housekeeping visiting daily. Overall, I felt it offered excellent value for money with flexible cancellation policies which is awesome
If I could suggest areas for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which could benefit from a little more variety and improvement. I had it just once in my 4 night stay. They also need to repair their lifts which having been working for a long time (judging from others reviews). I had to carry really heavy suitcase myself during check out from 3rd floor. Other than that, I was happy with my stay.

Bed was comfy and housekeeping was super friendly
Elevator was broke and several people got stuck in it. Cable was messed up and went out every time we watched a show. We mentioned it a lot and never got it fixed or any compensation for not having tv Maintenance came up unannounced and I was trying to get dressed and when my fiance opened the door the man up front and maintenance came in and scolded us for having some dish soap on the counter and for having towels in the floor. We are homeless and have spent lots of money here and were told we got no compensation and had to leave
