This hotel is a gem! The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The pool is cool and refreshing, there is a delightful sauna and steam room. The spa had the best massages - ask for Inda. There is a piano in the lobby atrium that had really nice music.
The location is perfect, close enough to walk to all the sights, right across the street from a shady park with fountains and close to restaurants.
The hotel staff was kind and helpful - there was an issue with my room's fan and it was fixed right away. They also helped me find places to eat and a rooftop bar for sunset.
The food at the restaurant is expensive and not great, eat somewhere else. There is a good breakfast across the street, so don't worry about paying extra for it here. Some rooms are a long walk from the elevator.

Unfortunately, I did not get the opportunity to stay at the property, so I cannot comment on the rooms or other facilities
I decided not to stay after arriving at the hotel. I was travelling with a self-drive rental car and only upon arrival came to know that the hotel does not have dedicated parking. When I asked the staff where I could safely park, I was simply told to park somewhere outside, without any proper guidance or assistance.
What disappointed me even more was the attitude at the entrance/reception. The staff did not seem interested in helping, and there was no welcoming approach or even a smile. The overall impression was that the parking situation was entirely my problem to deal with.
For a guest arriving in an unfamiliar city with a rental car, a little assistance and hospitality would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the first impression was enough for me to decide not to stay.
