Beautiful property, good location. Clean, neat and spacious rooms.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The hotel is well located, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The property was a good choice for our stay in Almaty.
As we follow a strict Jain diet, the breakfast options were quite limited for us, although we could have fruits, dried fruits and juices. The staff were polite but could have been warmer and more welcoming. A smile and a friendly greeting would have made the experience more pleasant.
