Расположение отличное. Персонал вежливый. Интерьер хороший. Если нужно могут предоставить утюг. Кондиционер, вайфай хорошо работает, номер был чистым. Не поняла систему душа, как сделает по горячее воду.
Отель идет со 2 этажа. На первом этаже коммерческое помещение, нотариус вывеска стояла. И плохо что на крыльце, на первом этаже и на лестнице который ведет к отелю шел ремонт косметический. Так как я прилетела на свадьбу, с платьем было не удобно. Завтрак не пробовала потому что рано уехала в аэропорт.

The room is very comfortable including the bathroom. Location is superb and there's even a mall right outside (with a small replica of eiffel tower :D), clean neighborhood and you can walk and explore stuff around. Location is great as you can get to almost all major places with a 20min walk or short taxi rides. Some reviwers say the hotel lacks a lift but the hotel is literally on the first floor (not ground), if lifting suitcase for a min is not a blocker for you (def not a dealbreaker for me). Staff was very accommodating for all our requests, from extra water bottles on a hot day to storing luggage for 4-5h post check out. Metro station is literally a 4 min walk.
WiFi almost didn't reach my room, but I ignored as I had local sim data, so the smart TV was almost redundant. Breakfast is just a small basic box from nearby canteen, so don't have high expectations from it.

Staff are responsive on WhatsApp.
We didn’t have towels or bath mat towel in our room. When we asked the reception we got some very old looking towels that looked like they weren’t washed properly.
The hotel provides a taxi service from the airport,, I would suggest not to use as it is expensive. I was charged 10,000 tenge and on Yandex it was 2000 tenge. Unfortunately if I would have known beforehand I wouldn’t have used the service. The hotel doesn’t have a proper entrance and is very dusty and sandy, I think there are some works going on around. So you cannot really keep the window open to your room.
