Almost everything
Nothing only I hoped for more staff who can speak English for quicker services.

Central location with very friendly staff. We have arrived before check in time and we have 3 small kids, the staff was super helpful and provided room for us without any additional pay + we got the upgrade to a bigger room which was amazing. Hotel has a nice clean pool and spa facilities. Breakfast is very good and not too busy.
Gym was closed during the time when we were there

Location , Cleanness , international standard
200 usd per night in Almaty is expensive and for a 5 star lux hotel , this is a standard budget NOVOTEL , some staff were excellent and some were not that friendly , there was an hour of power cut and we were not informed or called ,

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff
The air conditioner blew hot air, there was almost no water pressure in the shower (10th floor).

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room is equipped with everything that a business traveller needs, nice hair dryer (very important for me personally and for anyone with long hair) - I hate it..."
