Good room size, comfy beds and modern design. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is convenient, close enough to city centre, but quiet at the same time
Facilities were a problem: AC didn't work properly, which is July heat became a problem. The shower drain was clogged, and when showering i had to wait for the water to go through. Proper maintenance of facilities would make this place great overall

I liked how it is very close to almost everything. It is simple, clean, friendly staff and good breakfast served and how I felt pampered by the idea to have breakfast sent to my room. The cleanliness of the facilities was so good and exceeded my expectations. I booked it, went to Astana and cane back to the same hotel this is how much I fell in love with the place:)

* Spacious room
* Good neighborhood: lots of restaurants nearby, services, a big mall, and mountains
* The bathroom was really old and completely different from what I saw in the pictures when booking. The toilet was old, and I could not even lift the toilet seat because it would immediately fall back down. There was a lot of hair in the sink, and the water would not drain. This probably explains why the hair was still there after housekeeping, but I don't understand why housekeeping did nothing about a non-functioning sink
* There was hair on the bed as well. Under the bed runner, there was a fast-moving bug waiting for me. It did not have antennae, though, so hopefully it was not a cockroach
* The AC seemed to ignore the temperature set on the controller, so I could not make the room colder. It also made loud, weird grinding noises, as if someone were sitting down on an old creaky chair, waking me up every half hour
