Outstanding stay, Great Locations and staff is Very Helpful.
I still remember that girl Name MALPAK. she was so helpful. we have kept our luggage for two days and they accept our request.
Breakfast, Rooms, Mountain view from the rooms and the Price we paid. Great Great Great.

Good location. Its very convenient as there are groceries, food stalls nearby. It is also near dostyk plaza. Though it is an old hotel, its decent for the price, looks old outside but the rooms are clean and they actually have a lift! Receptionists are really good, at least they can speak decent amount of english and are very professional and friendly.
They can improve more on the breakfast menu options but again decent for the price you pay for the hotel which is affordable given the location.

The location was good. The room I took was spacious with a separate bedroom. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was so tiny with a tinier bath that you can just stand straight in it. The balcony was there that was so dusty and dirty that you cannot make use of. I never so anyone using it in the six days I stayed there too. Power outage in between left me without a proper bath in the evening for three days. Hot water supply was also affected. They don't provide water bottles and coffee supplies after the first day. The hotel could have been a great one in the Soviet times, but it's a building in ruins now with a ruined facade. There wasn't proper lighting in the room: just a corner lamp. The other light was was fixed strangely behind the curtains.
