It is in a residential area and next to a big shopping centre, close enough to coffee shops, restaurants but not next to them which might be too noisy. So the location is good.
Finding it is a challenge. It is not on the street, and it is inside of a gate, which you will need someone else to open the door to get in.
The location can be better explained.

Маленький отель. Расположен близко к остановке, с аэропорта спокойно доехала на автобусе. В номерах чисто, уютно, имеется небольшая кухня с посудой - очень удобно.

Очень отличное расположение
Для меня бы хотелось чтобы указали расположение напротив кафе Ньютон. Во дворе ЖК Тауэрс. На ворота табличку. Ночью сложно найти
