Really nice place to stay in Almaty. It's possible to approach all main tourists spots by walk from the hotel. The room was big, clean and equipped with all necessary stuff. It was possible to store a lagguge at the front desk, before the check-in hours. Provided breakfast was tasty.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Towels and sheets were clean too. Nice breakfast and very good location, close to plenty of restaurants and bars!

The staff was friendly overall, but English translator was needed so just keep this in mind. A truly negative point was the cost of the laundry: we were charged the equivalent of over 30€ for just one laundry, and clothes still came out a bit dirty.
