It was clean, generous dinner and breakfast was provided as well as services such as laundry service (3,000 tenge)
Bathroom construction was not finished. Shower head was hanging with a single nail and it was hard to use. Additionally, the shower doors were not properly set and while closing them I almost get my toe injured.
The lady staff appeared friendly and helpful at first, but at the moment of checking out, I was pressured to send a feedback as soon as possible, additionally the situation got pretty tense and scary after I provided a 8/10 which caused the staff to intimidate me to resubmit it with a 10 or delete my feedback because they wouldn’t get a cash bonus from booking.com. I find that unacceptable as this is not a proper way to treat guests, and creates a terrible experience to new visitors.

Отель нам очень понравился: уютная атмосфера, чистота, комфорт и ощущение, что здесь действительно всё продумано для спокойного и приятного отдыха.
Отдельно хочется отметить вкусные и сытные завтраки - всё было свежим, аппетитным и по-домашнему вкусным. После такого завтрака можно смело отправляться гулять и наслаждаться активным отдыхом.
И, конечно, отдельная благодарность администратору Пакизе! Очень добрая, приветливая и внимательная женщина. Всегда с улыбкой, заботой и искренним желанием помочь. Благодаря таким людям в отеле создаётся особенно тёплая и домашняя атмосфера.
Обязательно будем рекомендовать Sweet Apple Garden и с удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова! 🌿🥰❤️

We had a really pleasant stay at Sweet Vibes. The room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed, including towels, a kettle and coffee. Having parking available was also a big plus.
The best part was definitely the hospitality. The lady working there was incredibly kind and helpful. She brought breakfast to our room, and on our last day we had to leave early, so she kindly prepared breakfast for us earlier than usual. We really appreciated this and felt very welcome.
The breakfast is a little basic, although you can still eat well. The facilities are also a bit older, the bathroom is quite small, and the door can be a little difficult to lock. These are minor disadvantages, but they are worth mentioning.

The room is clean. The toilet is clean as well but the shower area is quite slippery. The breakfast is ok but cold.
Our room is at the second/top floor with steep staircase and without lift in the guest house. We have to carry our big luggage up to the room. The room at the top floor having a sloped wall has cause me knock on it for few times. The staff of the guest house look not that friendly. When we asked for breakfast at 7am, she said she only wake up at 7am, ask us take at 8am. But next morning she suddenly tell us breakfast ready at 7am when we just woke up.
