Centrally located around the business district. Great restaurant.

We loved the hotel's location, especially its close proximity to the mall, although it was a little farther from some of the main attractions. The staff were always helpful and kindly assisted us with booking taxis since our Yandex app wasn't working.
On our last day, a staff member named Amir went above and beyond to help us. He arranged a larger taxi that could accommodate all of our luggage and even helped load everything when the taxi arrived. After more than a month of travelling, we had a lot of large suitcases, so his kindness and willingness to help made our departure so much easier and completely stress-free.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always enjoyed our experience. However, one area that could be improved is the luggage assistance upon arrival.
Each time we arrived, there was no one outside to help with our luggage. This wouldn't be an issue if we only had one or two suitcases, but after travelling for more than a month, our family of four had many large pieces of luggage. After a long drive, carrying everything ourselves to the hotel was quite exhausting.
During our last stay, the security guard kindly helped us with one of our large suitcases, and we really appreciated his assistance. Perhaps the hotel could consider having a concierge or bellboy stationed at the entrance to assist guests with their luggage, especially those arriving with families or multiple suitcases. We believe this small improvement would make the arrival experience much more welcoming and convenient.
