Good staff, forgot a small bag, they contacted us straight away, so we could get it back. 🙏
Breakfast ran out and they did not refill it. So very limited.

Second stay. This time we got a good room at 8th floor, view to the mountains. The problems with flushing we had in the previous stay were not present in the room. I noticed that the staff were smiling this time.
There were two blackouts during this stay, but of course it's not within hotel's responsibility. Anyway, lifts were working during blackouts too. I would suggest to add tags at stored baggage, it increases the safety feeling.

Great location, with super friendly and polite staff. The rooms are spotless, and housekeeping does an excellent job. The breakfast included is amazing and with a good variety of foods. Beds were quite comfortable and the. A/C worked great. I’d gladly stay here again when I return to Almaty.

Room cleaning was good and breakfast is worth it
Staff not welcoming. Night receptionist not giving right information also not called to.room when food is delivered. Item was missing and not sure what went wrong also the food package was teared at side.
