It ticked most boxes, we were pleasantly surprised. Towels were lovely and breakfast was great. We were upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable and much appreciated.
Location was pleasant but a little bit isolated in my opinion.

Size of the room and excellent location.
Despite my request via this site, transfer from the airport was not arranged and the sofa was not prepared for sleep when we arrived at 6:30 am. Also, I found it disappointing that no option of early check in or some discount was offered and I had to pay for two full nights although in fact we stayed for 1 day (we arrived at 6:30 and stayed for 1 full day, till 7 am next day). The room was not properly cleaned, we found dead insects and a lot of hairs on the floor. When raised, the hotel offered free transfer to the airport, which was a nice gesture but not enough to make up for the first impression.
