I loved this hotel. It's a lovely facility, and I was particularly impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. For instance, when I discovered the local ride- hailing service would not work on my phone, the hotel manager had the staff summon a driver through the app and then wait outside with me until the car arrived. The neighborhood is very nice, with lots of dining opportunities.I will happily stay there again.

Localisation assez centrale à Almaty.
L’hôtel a été repeint à la vas-vite pour les photos pour qu’il ait l’air plus moderne qu’il ne l’est vraiment. Les portes des chambres ne sont pas très sécuritaires et sont abîmées.

The reception staff and cleaning crew were polite and helpful whenever I reached out to them.
The breakfast is meager. As for location it matches the hotel's standard. It's worth updating the furniture and improving the breakfast.
