Nice and clean
Can’t point out something. Maybe a smile towards the clients would be nice but on the other hand, people have a tough job so still everyone very professional.

The on time cleaning and lavish stay
There is a lack of a few amenities even after calling reception like scissors or a bucket and basic stuffs. And also breakfast menu not very international.

I liked very much the staff helping me , especially Aibar who was extremely helpful and ready to assist!

Price for location is great.
The staff at the reception is rude. We asked for a breakfast to-go, and they said it will be ready. When we came downstairs in the morning, the guy said, "10 minutes please", which was unacceptable because we had to go to the airport. Wifi is the worst I have seen in years. Couldn't believe you can have barely working wifi in 2026.
