В обьекте чувствуется амортизация, сломаный стульчак, известь от жесткой воды на швах кафельной плитки.

Perfect location and most helpful staff. Couldnt ask for more in Almaty - price range is affordable.

Great location near the city and Koktobe. Mountain feeling - quiet with nice cafes right outside the door. One of my favorite gems to stay in when in Almaty. Staff is super friendly and helpful - never any issues!

While the room was clean, there was evidence that its only cleaned on the outer surfaces. I dropped something on the floor and when I went to pick it up (behind the table) there was months of dust and old garbage behind it, as well as under the bed. It is a very clean apartment, but needs to be dusted better before new occupants arrive.

Nice residential area

New modern area, with clear air, not far from the the center

Aircondition did not work properly, not cooling. At night very noisy, I think restaurant personnel from the 4th floor made some noice, or neighbors I do not know. But it was terrible noice from 22 pm till 1-2 am at night.

Exceptional

Great aparthotel in a fresh new location. The apartment itself was fresh, clean and solid. Internet was fast, which is always a good thing.

It's a bit hard to find, pay special attention to signs on the buildings. On the other hand, I am thankful for keeping up with the design code. Basically you have to call when you arrive, or WhatsApp, which is fine, just not super comfy.

It has a good atmosphere, feels like European style with nice restaurants around, comfortable bed, cleaning every day, staff is very helpful. Me and my 6 years old daughter enjoyed the stay and we will definitely be back!

overall good, but don’t stay here if you need to get to the city center during rush hours

staff was very friendly

but unfortunately smart house system wasn’t working at the time of my staying there, so I couldn’t open curtains, the light in the shower didn’t work as well

Definitely the place to stay if you prefer a well designed apartment , in Almaty !

The complex neighbourhood was designed well. For higher-society. Roadwork is emaculate. The interior design of room was romantic for a couple. Elevator was very helpful ofcourse. Toilet has a toilet washer. That may seem insignificant to non-arabs, but its serious business with Arabs.

Well, i really hope they include a microwave and fridge that has a little freezer. The current fridge is not a very cold one. Other that, all was perfect.

Great place, would certainly come back

location is great a lot of restaurants near by amazing design of the flat

in the bathroom, there were only things for one person although I mentioned there will be two of us when I asked for second pack, it was given in 2 hours only

We would NOT recommend these apartments. Highly disappointed

Apartment has a good potential as the design is pretty nice

We stayed for 3 days and did not have water in both room numbers, they fixed it for some time but the problem continued to repeat. For this price, it’s UNacceptable. Also the quality of the bedsheets, pillows are horrible. Pillows feel like a cheap Chinese stuffed teddy bear. Bathrobe was with wholes and broken. We didn’t have coffee capsules, even there was a coffee machine. Also, the location isn’t that perfect as restaurants outside are expensive and as it’s a Main Street there is always traffic. The door has an electronic locker which says VERY LOUD “the door is OPEN, the door is CLOSED”, if your partner or a baby wants to sleep it can wake him up easily. Because they got some sanctions, and their system for curtains is electrical, we could not close the curtains because the system was not working. however for all these issues Zero sorry and zero discount.
