Perfect location. Opposite the Ascension Cathedral just few minutes walk and the Panfilov Park. Arbat Street is just 5-7 mins walk as well as the green Bazaar. Although this hotel is very old like a real soviet union building, this deliver what we need. Near to many restaurants and bars and supermarket
Dont expect too much when in terms of facilities/ furnitures. It is old but still comfortable.

Very authentic building.
Temperature control is difficult. Sometimes too hot even using AC.

Location is great
No English speaking, poor internet connection and very very very old facilities such as AC and furniture more than 30 years old.
