The staff were very warm and welcoming. I arrived on my birthday and they kindly upgraded our room for free. The manager personally brought a birthday cake and a lovely card to our room, which made the stay very special. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished, with a beautiful mountain view from the 7th floor. Breakfast was fresh, well presented and more than sufficient. The location was also excellent, with a large supermarket directly across the street and many restaurants, pubs and bars within walking distance.
Since the hotel is located on a main street, some traffic noise could be heard from the room, but it was not disturbing.

No complaints at all. If I had to nit-pick, suggest labeling buffet items that may not be obvious ie type of meat, soup.

The hotel was clean and shower was good
The gym is not well equipped. There is not a proper yoga mat. No stability ball / foam roller, no medicine balls. Very basic and no towels provided and no sanitiser spray for the equipment.
Breakfast got very crowded. Staff are standing around not doing anything useful such as clearing away plates to make room for the next person.
WiFi was down for a short while which is a real pain if you don’t have local SIM cards
