Excelent location, very kind host, easy check in-check out, enough space fpr 3 girls, decent facilities, a good report quality/price vs area.
It wasn’t sparkling clean and somehow not wow but it fost perfect as a base.

The location is very perfect. Its near metro and Eiffel tower, which in 10 minutes walk. The neighbourhood is great, with pleasent walks there and much cafes and local shops. I was able to find parking in underground area nearby.
The room is enough for comfortable sleep on main bed and shower. So its perfect "starting base" for your journeys.
The sofa is not comfortable for complete relaxation after long walks, so I'll not recommend to use it for more than 2 nights. There is no dinning area for multiple people, so space is very limited. No pillows and bedding for third person, so its comfortable for only 2 people.

L'emplacement, le calme, la facilité d'accès, les échanges avec le propriétaire, la literie
Le logement n'est pas fait pour accueillir 4 personnes, il n'y a pas la place.
