The apartment is in a great location, but uninhabitable.

Great location.

Upon arrival, there was no Internet in the apartment, after numerous appeals to the landlord, he promised that he would fix the problem, which happened a day later. To contact him, I went in search of free Wi-Fi on a city street. The TV does not work without the Internet. There are not enough outlets — to turn on the microwave, you need to turn off the refrigerator from the mains, or drag the microwave seal to free outlets. There is nothing to wash the dishes with — no sponges, no detergents. There was a strong feeling that cleaning should not be done before our arrival. There are tangles of hair, dirt, and dishes with traces of food on the floor. The bed linen is frankly dirty, there are stains on the sheet. We sent the landlord a photo of the bed sheet, and he promised to bring a new one, but he never did. Furniture and household appliances in large quantities. There is a huge spider web on the sliding window to the courtyard in the corner. We still haven't been able to figure out how the oven works, but maybe it works, we just don't know how.

Disappointing

The only good thing about this flat is the connections

First of all, there’s no air conditioning and it’s impossible to spend a day inside to rest when 4 people are staying and it’s +29 outside, indoors is a lot hotter. Second, they didn’t provide us with the basics such as towels and blankets for covering the sofa bed. Also, in the shower there’s no curtain for preventing the water coming out, so you can imagine that the whole floor is always wet whenever someone showers. The communication is poorly with the host, I requested for the towels during our first night and I didn’t get any reply, only a lot later for saying that he fired the cleaning person for this. At the end, we were 4 and we got only 2 towels in our last night, not even for all of us. If communication would have been better, it would have changed a bit our stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

L'emplacement, le calme, la literie.

Manque d'équipements (peu de verres, pas de passoire, pas de poêle). Des ampoules à remplacer, un élément à revisser dans la salle de bain. Globalement, un rafraîchissement serait nécessaire.
